Grokipedia Adds a Page on Open-Face Chinese Poker

Elon Musk’s Grokipedia Now Features Open-Face Chinese Poker

Open-Face Chinese Poker is already featured on Grokipedia, Elon Musk’s version of Wikipedia. A full page is dedicated to our favorite game, and its content closely follows the original Wikipedia entry on the topic. For now, there are no photos on this AI-powered encyclopedia that aims to surpass Wikipedia — but this is only the first version (version 0.1). Here’s the link to check out the OFC page on Grokipedia.

Elon Musk and his company xAI want to challenge Wikipedia — a platform Musk and several U.S. conservatives accuse of having a political bias.

Grokipedia already features over 885,000 entries, compared to Wikipedia’s 7 million in English. On X (formerly Twitter), Musk described the initial release as “already better than Wikipedia, in my opinion,”and promised a version 1.0 soon that would be “ten times better.”

According to xAI, all articles on Grokipedia are generated by artificial intelligence, mainly through Musk’s chatbot Grok, while citing external sources on each page. The OFC article mentioned above was adapted from Wikipedia.

The project reflects Musk’s long-standing criticism of Wikipedia. In 2024, he claimed the site was “run by far-left activists” and urged users to stop donating to it. Wikipedia, created in 2001 and maintained by volunteers, insists that it strives to maintain a “neutral point of view.” Grokipedia’s launch was delayed by several days because Musk wanted, in his words, to “purge propaganda.” truly deliver neutrality in online information.
